Who are our Sanctuary Cats? They are all cats that have been rescued - often abandoned or have been born in an environment without human contact, they are very timid and some are very afraid of people...some will eventually trust enough to accept pats from people they know, but generally these cats will not be adoptable due to their extreme shyness.
However, these cats are some of the most beautiful and wonderful little souls you could ever meet and they deserve so much love and most importantly, they deserve to live.
We have recently built several of the most amazing enclosures specifically for them to spend their days relaxing and sunning themselves where they can live happily and healthily forever.
But we need your help!
To continue providing regular veterinary health checks, vaccinations, flea and worm treatments, food, litter, bedding and other supplies for our Sanctuary Cats is a huge expense for our rescue. We don't receive any funding and rely solely on donations.
What can you do to help? From just $20 a month, you can sponsor one of our beautiful Sanctuary Cats! You will receive an email every three months with an update on your cat and some lovely new photos.
CATS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR SPONSORSHIP ARE:
BISCUIT - Our sweet and very pretty tabby, white and ginger girl is loved by all of the cats in her pen. She is very relaxed and slowly becoming a bit more trusting with the regular volunteers and enjoys sprawling out in the sunshine.
TIPSY - Our beautiful tabby girl who enjoys her food very much! She is very shy but is definitely a lot more confident and happier than when she first arrived here at the rescue as a very heavily pregnant stray a few years ago.
FRANKIE - Our eye-catching silver tabby who is a firm favourite amongst our volunteers. He is an inquisitive and outgoing boy and adores all his sanctuary friends.
ROSIE - Our funny little ginger girl who is always hungry and always front and centre at meal times. Rosie came to us about 5 years ago as a new mum with babies. She has blossomed since then and has become quite the little character always sitting up high to watch all the comings and goings.
XENA - Our beautiful little grey and white girl is a very shy and petite lady and a bit of a loner but is slowly coming out of her shell. Her all time favourite food is bbq chicken and she will appear from anywhere anytime she can smell it!
ARCHIE - Is our handsome big black and white boy who came in as a stray from the north of the state. He is very wary but loves nothing more than to find a sunny spot to stretch out.
